Snakeskin Manicure
Two weeks ago, I was treated to the best manicure, ever! The lovely ladies of Nail Gypsy came over to my home and gave me a snakeskin manicure. Tiffany (founder) and Maria both worked on me, giving me an avant-garde nail design, inspired the runway fashions. When you get an at-home service, its much more relaxing and not rushed. They love using natural and even organic products. For my nails, a pink and black Bio Sculpture gel was used to create the peekaboo two-colored look. I had real snakeskin placed on my ring fingers to accent (don’t worry, it’s shedded skin — no snakes were harmed). Of course, my favorite part… pink crystals to top it off.
There was major hand painting work and extreme attention to detail. I love that they ensured quality and safety of the tools used. The whole process took over 2 hours, but who can really rush art? The results speak for themselves.

The bio sculpture gel is similar to calgel and is hypoallergenic. I went under the UV light to seal the deal. Here are my nails two weeks after. Still intact.
