Kohl’s Rock & Republic - Part II

I promised more coverage from the Rock & Republic launch event — so here it is! :)

Champagne was flowing before and after the runway show. The atmosphere was funtastic and I enjoyed every moment of the event. It had every component of a good fashion event — hot celebrities, cocktail party, amazing runway presentation and great music!

Let’s talk about what came down the runway. Jeans skinny. Jeans flare. Jeans long and short. There is a different cut of jeans for everyone, for both men and women. Now moving onto color. Bright pants are so hot right now. I’m so excited to see the collection having them. I can’t forget to mention the body-fitting dresses and major accessories. I love the shoes and body jewelry. Really looking forward to shopping the collection.

The collection launches today in Kohl’s stores! Be sure to be on the lookout for these pieces in the department stores near your location!

Kohl’s Rock & Republic - Part I

Here’s some highlights of the Kohl’s Rock & Republic launch event. If you were following on Twitter or my Live section, you know there was a total moment of swoooooning over Ed Westwick’s arrival to the show. I mean, I was sitting right BEHIND him during the show!! The front row was totally star-studded — Ashlee Simpson, Heidi Klum, Penn Badgley and even Zoe Saldana. 

The show was so amazing and fun. Besides the edgy and colorful ensembles coming down the catwalk, sitting side-by-side with the rest of the blogger team made it even more enjoyable. It was super fun finding each other at the launch event and meeting! Some of the best memories from fashion week is just meeting new blogging friends. The photo below is a part of the blogger team. Aren’t we just adorable? :)

I wait can’t to share the more photos from the runway in another post. I took about 950 photos from that night. As soon as I sort them all out, I’ll be posting more about the show! We also walked away with a giant goodie bag at the end of the night. More on that later, as well. xox
